Engineer (Civil or Structural)
Responsibilities:

Prepare technical submission

Manage project works meet the quality requirements of the contract

Monitor the project progress and ensure project work progress are on schedule
Requirements:

Holder of a recognized degree in Civil / Structural Engineering;
-
Minimum 5 years' relevant experiences on construction site;
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
Graduate Engineer / Assistant Engineer
Responsibilities:
-
Prepare work programme and submission
-
Implement and exercise contract works
-
Conduct site supervision on works carried out by contractors or direct labour
-
Co-ordinate and attend site meetings
-
Liaise with government authorities, clients and sub-contractors etc.
Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or equivalent
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
HKIE Scheme “A” Training will be offered to successful applicants

Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
-
Assist Project Manager / Contract Manager to handle pre-tender & post tender process
-
Prepare payment application, VO estimation and submission to the client
-
Assist in variation submission, assessment and the settlement of final account
-
Handle contractual claims & dispute resolution
-
Coordinate with the Project Management Team to handle contractual related issues
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
-
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in local building construction projects
-
Have strong sense of figure and good at data analysis
-
Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
-
Carry out regular site inspections and safety walks
-
Prepare reports of site safety inspection and audit reports
-
Provide on site health and safety training and keep properly records
-
Conduct accident/ incident investigation and manage safety documents
Requirements:
-
Registered Safety Officer from Labour Department
-
Diploma holder or higher in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline
-
Familiar with statutory and regulatory safety requirements
Technical Apprentice
Responsibilities:
-
Assist in construction site operation, especially on areas of progress, quality, safety
& environment.
Requirements:
-
Secondary school graduates (Form 5 or Form 6)
-
Willing to work at construction site
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Administrative Assistant / Site Clerk
Responsibilities:
-
Provide administrative support on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
-
Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
-
Provide support for office administration matters
-
Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments
-
Work at construction site
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
-
1-2 years relevant site administrative/clerical working experience
-
Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
-
Good command of written English & Chinese
-
Good attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
